Support Anfrage: CSS3 and .woff file not being rendered correctly in SiteKiosk 8.8 IE 11

Beschreibung

Hi,

We are currently in the process of updating our website which our kiosk machines access. At current we have it working with SiteKiosk 8.8 and Internet Explorer 9 though once we update to IE 11 we experience problems.

The problems are that the CSS3 which calls for a font file (.woff) from the web server is not being rendered at all. Either SiteKiosk is not able to display the .woff file or its not able to process the CSS3 code.

With EOL for IE 9 approaching we need this solution working on IE 11. Are there any configuration changes we can make to fix this issue.

The new website displays perfectly fine in the full version of Internet Explorer. We did have to add the site to User Zone List for Local Intranet though to get it working.

Is there a difference between Start Once and Autostart modes? Is there a difference if you remove SiteKiosk from the user agent header? To do this, open the SiteKiosk configuration tool and go to >Basic >Start Page & Browser >Advanced and uncheck the box labeled 'Add "SiteKiosk" to user agent header'.
