Support Request: Touch screen not working on sitekiosk

Description

Sitekiosk work on Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 (5.1.2600).
With administrator user touch screen work fine.
When start sitekiosk user, and lounch IE start page with touch button, touch screen not working.
Touch screen model are MA7, driver version 2.1B64.
Please help.

Hello,
I am sorry but support for Microsoft XP has been ceased, by Microsoft and as a consequence by PROVISIO as well. The same applies to SiteKiosk 8.6.

Some general hints:
Either the driver has a problem loading when the default Windows shell is not available, you may try a customized startup option without shell replacement.
You may also check if the driver is started through a Windows Autostart folder entry, if that is the case put it in the Run key of the Windows Registry instead.
You may also use the SiteKiosk System Security Manager to check and if necessary change rights of the restricted SiteKiosk user.
