Support Request: Error in website

Description

I am having a problem with loading a webpage in Sitekiosk 8.
The page in question is the main page of "http://www.pmi.com"
Is there some configuration I have to do in Sitekiosk to have this page load normally?

Hello,

On my system (Windows 7 with IE11 and SiteKiosk 8.9.2821) the web page loads without any problem.

Did you check the page in Internet Explorer on your system?
Which IE version is installed?
Which operating system do you use?

Yes, on IE11 it works fine. I am using Windows 8.1...

Hello,

Even on Windows 8.1 the page displays properly in SiteKiosk 8.9.

Is there any difference on your system when starting SiteKiosk in “Run once” mode?
(In the same user account where it works properly in IE)
What exactly happens when the problem occurs?

Well the problem occurs in Run Once mode. I didn't test it with the Site Kiosk user logged in, because I am just testing this for now...

Basically the page appears but without any formatting (as if some page layout scripting was being blocked...)

Should I test this in the Auto Start mode?

In that case auto start mode shouldn’t make any difference.
Please send your SiteKiosk configuration (…\SiteKiosk\Config\YourConfig.skcfg) and the current log file (…\SiteKiosk\Logfiles) via e-mail to
support-europe(at)provisio.com
Then we can check this again with using your SiteKiosk configuration.
