Hello!
In 2 sitekiosk i getting error:

\"Sensors measure unusual operating voltage (more than 2 minutes)
Tuesday, February 03, 2015 9:53:30 PM
Caution: operating voltage disruptions have been detected. These may lead to system instability, crashes or hardware damage."

Could you give me more info about this? How i can diagnose this error? What its mean?

Hello,

SiteKiosk will monitor the system temperature, voltages and fan speed (if supported by the hardware) and send the information to SiteRemote.
You can also check it at the Hardware page of the machine (-->Monitoring-->Hardware):
https://www.siteremote.net/help/en-US/05dhardware.aspx

On SiteRemote you will get an alert if any of these values are unusually high or low.
This is meant as a general warning to check the client system on site.

If you don’t want these alerts you can deactivate the option “Hardware Malfunctions” at the alert settings of your SiteRemote user (-->Administration-->Users-->[User name]-->Edit--> Notification options for results).

Is there anyway to disable just the operating voltage check?

Our machines are running much lower voltage than the alarm settings and it is flooding the alarm system

Machine brand:
Lenovo ThinkCenter M93p

Normal operating voltage:
Core 2.22 V
+3.3V 1.92 V
+5V 2.74 V
+12V 8.88 V
-5V -8.88 V

Hello,

the alert values can only be changed if you run your own SiteRemote Server.

Alternatively you can deactivate the option “Hardware Malfunctions” at the alert settings of your SiteRemote user (-->Administration-->Users-->[User name]-->Edit--> Notification options for results) to deactivate these alerts.

We have it hosted through by a 3rd party.

Is it then possible to differentiate the voltage alarm setting, based on eg. groups ?

Hello,

Changing the alert values is only possible for the complete server. Changing the alert settings (Notification options for results) is based on the user.
