Support Request: URL with Credentials
We just recently purchased SiteKiosk 8 and configured it to display a local URL that requires credentials.
Every time the screen refresh, it will time-out the URL and ask my credentials again.
In my own computer, the url does not time-out. It will always be logged in on every refresh of the page.
Description of the URL:
This url is our monitoring services that display every equipment and devices we have in our infrastructure. Providing us with the status of our systems conditions.
The server that do the monitoring services refresh the screen every 5 - 10 minutes to give us real-time status and conditions.
Therefore, we need the SiteKiosk to be able to continuously display the URL screen on every refresh of the page without asking our credentials.
