Support Request: Mouse cursor + second screen

Description

My new system is not finding the second screen correctly. In fact the screens are reversed on my Dell inspiron. Also the cursor is not shown when testing on admin acct or on the kiosk account. The browser never launches on the kiosk acct while it does on the admin(testing).

SiteKiosk uses the display settings that are configured in Windows. You will need to make sure you have the desired primary and secondary display settings configured in Windows.

Do you see the cursor when logged in as admin when SiteKiosk is not running? If you activated the on-screen keyboard in SiteKiosk, did you check the Advanced option to hide the mouse cursor (>Basic >On-screen keyboard >Advanced)?

On-Screen Keyboard falls under PLUS on my version. I do not have rights to the plus features under my non-profit license.

Also any reason the browser will not load now? It stays on the screen that looks like a vault.

What is your OS and IE version? There is no other option to hide the mouse in SiteKiosk. You are saying you no longer can see the mouse cursor even when just logged in as administrator in Windows without SiteKiosk running? If you uninstall SiteKiosk do you see the cursor again? Does the issue where SiteKiosk does not load happen in both Start Once and Autostart mode? You can try temporarily disabling antivirus to see if that is preventing it from opening. It seems from your notes that it was loading properly and then stopped. Do you know of any changes made to SiteKiosk or Windows that occurred between those times?
